Gram flour and lentil paste are used to make Sharma ji’s Jalebi, which makes the taste of Jalebi different from all others.
50 kg is sold in a day
Not only jalebi, samosas, bread pakoras, pakodas, chole bhature are also made at Sharma ji’s shop. After eating these, people like to eat jalebi a lot. 50 kg of jalebi is easily sold at Sharma ji’s shop every day.
Talking about the price, the jalebi here is cheaper than other shops. 1 kg of jalebi is available at Sharma ji’s shop for just 100 rupees. Shiva Sharma says that when people praise the jalebi after eating it, he feels that his hard work has paid off.
